“ Great lil fried chicken spot. Homemade and very fast. Always try to schedule my trip through Melrose so I am able to stop here. Although fries, twice now, were as limp as spaghetti and really could use a lil more attention to cooking/prepping. The chicken is always tender and juicy and try the chicken fingers sometime, hand cut!!!! Enough room to sit in and eat and avoid the long drive thru line!!!! ”

This place made my NJ-grown husband into a gizzard lover! He'd never tried one before in his entire life, until Fryer's! One yankee down...so many more to convince! Their Mac 'n cheese may be exactly like Stouffer's, but when you just need the cheesiest flavor around...it really hits the spot. I've never eaten inside or any of their sandwiches, so those things I can't report on, but if you're picking up dinner and fried chicken--GOOD fried chicken is what you're looking for?
